We are excited to invite you to our 14th Annual DEI Conference, taking place virtually on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (ET).
2026 Conference Theme: Building Trust in an Era of Change; Centering Diversity for Workplace Equity
Across Canada, public trust in institutions, workplaces, governments, and social systems is shifting. Rapid technological evolution, workforce transformation, misinformation, social polarization, and economic uncertainty are reshaping how people experience belonging and inclusion.
This year’s conference explores how organizations can sustain and/or rebuild trust through equity-centered leadership, authentic community engagement, and accountable systems. Rather than viewing diversity as a program or initiative, participants will examine how trust, transparency, and inclusion can strengthen organizational resilience and improve outcomes across sectors.
Participants can also look forward to two engaging capacity-building workshops:
