RDR Youth Leadership Initiative: Empowering the Next Generation of Leaders
The Regional Diversity Roundtable is thrilled to announce the launch of our Youth Leadership Initiative, a transformative program designed to empower young individuals aged 14–29 from Black, Newcomer, Asylum Seeker, and Refugee communities in the Peel Region (Brampton, Mississauga, Caledon). This initiative aims to foster leadership, mentorship, and community engagement among youth, equipping them with the tools to become voices for change. Through this program, participants will:
- Build leadership skills and amplify their impact in their communities.
- Access mentorship and coaching from experienced professionals.
- Participate in workshops on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) to break down barriers and create a more inclusive society.
- Connect with peers and build a strong network of support.
